The lair.

Not that this matters to any of you, but here are the two new additions to my room and sadly where I spend most of my time.

The bed .
The desk .

The bed - very nice!

The desk - I have such specific requirements in a desk, its almost like searching for the perfect piece of sculpture or something. I recently moved from the 6 seater art deco dining table I have been using for about 7 years (I need to have a dining table!) to a huge corner desk, and that I even think could stand to be a little bigger.

I've just moved into a new place and have been slack about posting photos, but its on my to-do list for the weekend - keep a look out on my LJ - oh, and NO roommates :p

is that before or after the Trading Spaces remodel? My bedroom looks like crap in comparison. Thanks, Jimbo. One more thing for me to cry about. I have an ugly bedroom. Great.

The bed is great...that desk needs to go!

i hate the desk too. but if you can find me a desk to hold all my stuff (two laptops, printer, scanner, files, phones, storage, etc, a desk that will fit in a 10x11 room, a room that is bedroom and home office, a room with three walls taken by bedroom, bathroom, closet and balcony doors, then i will totally buy it tomorrow.

i would get a bigger room, but ya know, i'm sitting here looking at the blue newport harbor, watching the boats sail by and the fish jumping out of the water, and really, i suddenly don't feel all that inclined to split.

The DESK would not fit in your room.

Is that a duvet cover I see????? Awww man, and I already bought your Christmas present.

... just to clarify, what HB up there really means is "the desk" - you know the one Jim, the one you really really wanted, which by the way also happens to be the very same one she bought yesterday....
(you know i love ya kam!!) :-P

Heh, I have the same computer and was just looking at that bed a few weeks ago. Are we like separated at birth or what? ;)
