Candy.

Why not? More baby cheeks. Let's embrace the sweet, cause there is just way too much sour around lately.

Not really the post to talk about cancer on, but I just spoke to a friend of mine today who is an ent surgeon. She said that papillary thyroid cancer in someone under 45, while still CA, is a well-survived cancer. If it is over 1cm in size, they DO recommend the Iodine tx that your friend was told about. It can be given in pill form but, depending on the amount given, they sometimes give it IV and keep the patient in the hospital for 24 hours. The only bad news, it won't give him those shiny white teeth we all pay so much for. Hope this helps.

Oh, yeah...Hooch LOVES playing with other boxers. It's almost as if like recognizes like. He goes nuts, and seems to know he can box and wrestle and such. The dog park here is always fun when there are more than two boxers around.

Oh yeah, this probably goes without saying...but if your friend wants good treatment, he should probably go to an academic institution. On the off chance he's in the Phoenix area, my friend mentioned above did some tumor training at the Mayo Clinic offshoot there. I will warn him that the academic institutions often lack the pleasantries offered by commercial ventures. And residents are often involved in the care. But he will get the latest and greatest, and more information than he can shake a thyroid at, Bitch. (Sorry, couldn't end tthe sentence with a preposition, could I?)

if we head to SD to solana again you should bring hooch to the dog beach!
