Todd introduced me to this gift of the gods back about eight years ago when he handed me a bag of chips and a diced avocado filled with the stuff. It is the center of my hot sauce, holy trinity: Tapatio, Tabasco, and Sriracha.

I'm perhaps one of three people for whom this wouldn't be overkill. So much so, in fact, that I think I just might order it for my pantry.

Everything goes better with Tapatio. Except maybe bathroom breaks, but hey, it's a price I'm willing to pay that perfect veggie burrito.
