Habits.
I have too many bad habits, and I'm starting to realize just how much of life is made up of habits. When and how you brush your teeth. How often you work out. Where you smoke that last cigarette. Which hooker you pick up after your favorite bottle of bourbon.
Habits.
And I've developed some crappy habits. Habits I think I need to change.
First step: Cutting back on the coffee/tea/Red Bull/Red Line/freebasing caffeine. It's really mucking with my biology.
And I think good habits can lead to good spirit. Time to start eating my spiritual vegetables.
But I might need some spiritual ketchup.
